Biography
Kagame was born in 2012, shortly after his birth Sonya Valentine gave his mother a large sum of money, per instructions left by Kagame himself. Kagame was a hot-heaeded reactionary in his youth and was eventually imprisoned for his actions, arrested as his family was torn away from him. Kagame met with Julian Randol in prison who taught Kagame about the injustices that their society was flooded with, when Kagame was released he started Liber8. In 2076 he had organized for the Corporate Congress building to be destroyed, killing the congress. He was arrested again and sentenced to be executed, however shortly beforehand Alec Sadler came to him and told him that he had created a time device and that Kagame would be travelling back in time. During the execution Liber8 activated the device and they went back in time to 2012. [1] (Endtime, Matter of Time)
